Christmas box is a story about a mother who's grieving the loss of her child. At the gravesite of her child, there was this angel.

Richard Paul Evans commissioned the angel to be designed due to the number of grieving parents that were searching for this angel in Salt Lake City, Utah. When he had the angel commissioned he used the face of his daughter for the angel.

There are now over 100 Angel of Hopes across the United States. Duluth is number 101. It took several years to raise the funds to bring the angel here to Duluth.
